Borderlands works with asylum seekers and refugees. Through various projects, we support disadvantaged and excluded people to improve their lives and their personal situations.

Borderlands is recruiting a Drop-In Assistant to support the Drop-In Manager to deliver our Drop-In service. Our Drop-In runs on Mondays and Tuesdays and includes the delivery of English classes, a hot meal, food bag distribution, administering a Solidarity Fund and a Travel Fund. Please read more about the Drop-In on the Borderlands website. An important part of the role includes supporting volunteer management, including for our member volunteers.

Borderlands management intends to remodel the Drop-In staffing structure in the mid-term with the view of increasing capacity. For this reason, we are looking to recruit an individual to work 3 days a week that has the flexibility to work a fourth day to support staff capacity until this restructuring takes place.
