Job Description
Borderlands charity is recruiting a Director to head up our operations in Easton, Bristol.
Borderlands works with asylum seekers and refugees. Through various projects, we support disadvantaged and excluded people to improve their lives and their personal situations.
The Director be responsible for leading a small team of employees and a large team of volunteers. The post-holder will be responsible for leading and delivering Borderlands services, raising the profile of the charity and securing its future in terms of operations, fundraising, staff and stakeholders. This is a permanent position, pro rata for a four-day week.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to visit the Drop-In on 16th July to meet our members, staff and volunteers. A second round of shortlisting will take place very shortly after the Drop-In visit day.
