Based near Thornbury, South Gloucestershire, Elim Housing provides homes and services to around 800 individuals and families and we are actively building new homes and developing new initiatives. We are seeking non-executive directors to join our pioneering board. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious Group Board providing vision and leadership to guide us through a period of significant transformation and growth over the coming years. 

We are a diverse and innovative housing association with an innovative approach to delivering affordable housing.  We also have a commercial subsidiary with a separate board, Lime Property Ventures, which develops and manages property in the market sector.

We are offering an excellent opportunity to develop new skills, knowledge and competencies to enhance your CV, whilst supporting our mission to deliver quality homes and support services that change people’s lives.

We are seeking inspirational and dynamic board members to provide clear strategic direction to enable us to succeed in a commercial world.  As well as being a proactive board member we are seeking individuals who have the ambition and commitment to become part of our evolving committee arrangements.

You will be committed to our vision;

You will be an ambassador for our purpose and values.

We are seeking individuals who can bring expertise in one or more of the following areas;

• Strategic management particularly focused on a digital future,

• Organisational Development and Human Resources professional with extensive experience preferably from working in a commercial environment,

• Market led property development with knowledge of a range of tenures.
