Job Description

37.5 hours per week

Salary range: £28,521 - £38,458

Plus 6% non-contributory pension contribution

Based in Martlesham Heath, Ipswich

Are you an inspirational leader who can motivate and support both staff and volunteers?

Leading a range of varied projects, you would be managing a team of Officers led by Co-ordinators and managing multiple budgets.  You will liaise closely with a range of partners and also be responsible for developing services.

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to think creatively and can be flexible and dynamic in their approach and has the mental agility to lead multiple projects and the associated challenges. Working for ACT is hectic and no one day is the same, so you need to be able to cope with the unexpected!

Access to personal transport is essential as this position will involve travel predominately in Suffolk and into Norfolk.
