Job Description

Age UK Sutton is recruiting a part-time Head of Finance to work in their offices in Sutton, South London.The charity is seeking someone for  23-30 hours per a week with a salary range of £40k - £45k pro rata. Age UK Sutton is an independent small charity (turnover of c. £1.2m) with a blended income profile which includes grants, commissions and social enterprise.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be an experienced finance leader with strong working knowledge of the charity SORP and the ability to work as a strategic lead as well as manage finance operations in our small team. The job holder will manage a finance officer, and work closely with other leadership staff to develop and deliver effective finance management, including planning and strategy.  This is a great opportunity to take over a well led operation where there is also scope for development.
