This is a pivotal moment for ACE as we celebrate 21 years as a leading UK dance company producing, promoting, presenting excellent contemporary dance that is inspired by the African diaspora. The next four years will see a step change in the organisation with the creation of a company of dancers and a new role of Executive Director.

The Executive Director will be crucial in releasing capacity for the Co-CEO and Artistic Directors to focus on the artistic direction of the company and their wider role. We are looking for someone who can quickly establish positive relationships and will play a leading role in establishing the long term strategy.
