Job Description

akt are looking for a part-time (21 Hours) Project Manager for a 1 year fixed term contract to work on our exciting new project in partnership with OTR and Freedom, working with LGBTQ+ young people aged between 16 and 25, who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or living in a hostile environment, in Bristol. 

The role will involve - 

  • Conducting scoping of need and service provision for young LGBTQ+ people across Bristol and the South West region
  • Identification of funding to future proof the project
  • Build strong partnerships with local and regional partners
  • Production of a report, with recommendations for future delivery and a sustainability plan
  • Delivering the quarterly performance management reports for services in your city;
  • To ensure the delivery of targets against the project and other funding contracts.
  • Offer supervision to the case workers within your team and provide support in the absence of the Director of Services
