Job Description

We seek an exceptional indiviiual who wishes to play a key role in shaping the provision of needs-driven support for children and young people as the next CEO of the Youth Commission for Guernsey and Alderney.  We are an independent charity delivering vital services for children and young people to support the development of their social, physical and emotional wellbeing. We worked with over 6,000 children last year and our budgetted spend for 2019 is £900K.

Key qualities required:

• Inspiring leadership
• Proven record of achievement in organisational leadership
• Successful fundraiser and proven record of building effective partnerships
• Robust approach to governance, quality assurance and risk mitigation
• Detailed understanding of financial management
