Job Description

Can you lead Camden’s user-led pan-disability organisation onwards and upwards?

Based at the Camden Centre for Independent Living (CIL) in the Greenwood Centre, Kentish Town, the CDA/CIL CEO will lead delivery on an ambitious programme to empower and support deaf and disabled people. CDA’s key partner in the CIL is Camden Council.

As our CEO, you will be deaf/disabled or have a deep understanding of the lived experience of deaf/disabled people. You will also possess excellent communication and business skills in order to engage CDA’s key stakeholders, including deaf/disabled people, trustees, staff, volunteers, funders and partner organisations, and to develop the charity. Furthermore, experience with finance and change management are required.
