Solent Mind have been commissioned by Solent NHS Trust to promote robust service user engagement in decision making processes and feedback on existing and upcoming services.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the role of a Research and Engagement Co-Ordinator, Portsmouth Support & Recovery Service
Part Time - 22.5 hours per week (across 7 days including some evenings and weekends)
Salary: £24,341 - £26,214 pro rata per annum
The post holder will be responsible for engaging service users of Solent NHS mental health services, including Solent Mind services in Portsmouth, collating their feedback and reporting to appropriate bodies. Analysis of data prior to presentation will be key, including identifying recurring themes and feeding back to various people at various levels including Matron, Team Leader, Director, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO) etc. There will also be some monitoring of any agreed changes involved and the ability to act as a ‘critical friend’ with diplomacy and authority will be important.
