Personalisation is a community based support service,supporting people in their own homes, on holiday and accessing community opportunities.. Customer hours are used in the style of Individual Service Funds so they are in control of their support.

This is a great opportunity for the person with the right ethos and experience in supporting people to meet outcomes while looking for their first role in leadership.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be committed to individuals having control of their services.
• Have experience of meeting the needs of vulnerable adults.
• Enjoy a challenge and finding a solution.
• Have experience of supporting and supervising staff.
• Be able to work across a range of services.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have good IT skills.
