The Personal Support Unit (PSU) is an independent charity providing practical and emotional support to people facing the court process without lawyers. Most people are unfamiliar with - and may be frightened of - the courts, and many are in danger of losing their homes, children or livelihoods.

This highly regarded, energetic and friendly charity, is seeking an Interim Regional Manager (maternity cover - initial 10-month contract) to further develop and maintain its services in the Civil courts across London and courts in the South East.

Reporting to the Head of Service, you will be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting a team of staff and volunteers, facilitating day-to-day operations, building and sustaining relationships with key contacts, and working with colleagues to meet an ambitious fundraising target.  

You will be an excellent communicator, as well as a practical, well-organised and hardworking individual, preferably with experience in the voluntary sector or equivalent transferable experience.
