Job Description

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and voluntary organisations working together to improve the lives of workers in international supply chains. We are looking for someone with excellent all-round skills, and a willingness to help. You need an eye for detail, initiative and the ability to form good working relationships. This is a varied and interesting role at the heart of the organisation.  

As well as greeting guests, you will answer phones, support the Executive Director and Operations Manager, and look after the office. You will also be required to aid the Finance Manager with some low-level bookkeeping.  We would like to find someone who has experience of PA work, especially organising complex international travel plans.

You must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar post and the ability to multi task! We would also look for experience with IT, Health and Safety and some knowledge of Sage Line 50
