The Ashley Foundation is Blackpool’s largest homelessness charity and offers accommodation with support to vulnerable single homeless people.  We are looking to set up a new supported housing scheme in Sunderland and we would like appoint a full time Maintenance Officer to work across our 40 self-contained move-on flats.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in various maintenance duties and experience in supported housing projects is desirable. Candidates should be energetic, hardworking, enthusiastic, and enjoy being part of a team. The Maintenance Officer will be on call at times and will be required to travel to the facility with short notice.
