THE CORONERS’ COURTS SUPPORT SERVICE is a small, friendly and award-winning charity whose Volunteers offer emotional and practical support to bereaved families, witnesses and professionals attending Inquests at the Coroners’ Courts. 

We are recruiting for the following position:

Southern Area Volunteer Coordinator to manage teams of volunteers in the London area and the south east of the country with occasional visits to the volunteer teams based in Truro (Cornwall) and Flax Bourton (near Bristol).

The candidate will be expected to recruit, induct, train and manage new volunteers recruited to existing teams along with providing support and on-going guidance to established volunteer teams. Experience of managing volunteers is essential. Must be willing to travel extensively and work on a flexible basis.
