The students at the University of Brighton are the driving reason for all we do and our new CEO will be pivotal to ensuring the views of our members are represented and that the organisation is able to deliver high quality services and effective support.

We have a clear vision and believe that through our healthy relationships with the University, the skills within the Students’ Union and our wide ranging partnerships, coupled with dynamic and progressive leadership, we can make great strides and have a hugely positive impact on the experience of our members.

By creating and implementing a robust strategic plan, our new CEO will support and advise the Sabbatical Officers and lead a staff team of 50 to realise our organisational objectives. For this to be effective, we will need you to be motivational, innovative and proactive with a positive approach to change and the ability to create a culture that enables us to reach our full potential.
