 The Recovery Coordinator will be committed to taking a positive, collaborative, and empowering approach to supporting clients at the Haringey Recovery Service.  The successful candidate will provide effective case management, initial and comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, care planning, safeguarding coordination for any individual coming into the Recovery Service. Essential to the role is to collaboratively develop and review treatment and recovery plans with service-users based on their strengths, needs and aspirations; ensure service-users have access to the resources and services that they need to recover and to integrate these into their recovery plans. The Coordinator will have to carry a weighted caseload of service-users with varying degrees of recovery capital and problem severity at various stages of change and deliver evidence-based psycho-social interventions in 1:1 and group settings.
