Solent Mind provides mental health support to communities across Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire.

Advocacy in Mind supports individuals to have a voice and be heard, safeguarding their rights and empowering them to make informed choice about their care and treatment.  We deliver quality and effective Independent Mental Health Advocacy, Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy, Care Act Advocacy and Community advocacy across Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office/Administration Co-Ordinator to manage and develop our advocacy administration support services to ensure they continue to meet the needs of our thriving advocacy service

You will manage a small team of administrators to provide high quality day to day administration support to all of the advocacy team across all of our Advocacy Contracts enabling the smooth and efficient delivery of all services.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the day to day running of the Advocacy office and administration team.
• Co-ordinating the receiving, checking and recording of referrals ensuring they are actioned in a timely and professional manner in line with policy
• Overseeing and developing office administration systems

If you have experience of managing a busy office environment, managing staff and administration processes this could be the role for you.
