Job Description

This exciting and challenging role will support the day-to-day running of Northamptonshire's social wellbeing service including: supporting the transition and contract implementation process for the new service; supporting member delivery organisations in delivering their service responsibilities; leading the implementation of the vision, strategy and planning of the service, and; managing a small team of project staff within Commsortia.

First for Wellbeing’s social wellbeing service is designed to combat social isolation and loneliness by working with people on an individual basis. Delivery organisations, who are all members of Commsortia, will offer a wide range of services and activities under the contract.

Who we’re looking for

Excellent project management skills, good attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for this role. You will need the ability to work well with partners and communicate effectively to different audiences.  You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, the Internet, email, and the ability to develop and record information accurately on databases.  Our ideal candidate will be able to start quickly and hit the ground running.
