We are currently recruiting for an exciting role:

People and Development Coordinator

Salary: £24,808 per annum

Hours: 35 per week (full time)

Closing date: 9am on 1st May 2017

Duration of contract: early June 2017 – 31st January 2018 (maternity cover)

Bristol SU is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable HR professional to join us for a period 8 months to cover maternity leave.

This role will cover all aspects of HR in the organisation including coordinating the implementation of our People Strategy.  You will oversee recruitment, staff wellbeing, payroll, HR legal compliance and administration.  We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with a strong learning and development background who will be able to drive forwards a piece of project work regarding our L&D structures.

You will be a good people person, a strong communicator and able to work well with all staff, particularly senior managers.
