MAF UK is looking for a full time Digital Media Manager to join its Communications Team at a very busy and exciting time!

This is a very broad digital role in an organisation that recognises the potential of digital channels to further its work. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about digital and the possibilities it can present.

You’ll be at the frontline of our online communications with supporters, fundraisers and wider audiences, helping us to tell the story of our transformational work which brings help, hope and healing to some of the most isolated people on the planet in new, fresh and innovative ways.

Responsible for a small team you will oversee the development, production and review of our MAF UK content, from videos to blog posts.  You will need to have experience of tracking how our site’s content affects it readership, making you a critical player in successful web development resulting in new audiences, new supporters and raising brand awareness.

To excel in this role, you will possess proven experience in developing high quality, creative digital communications along with delivering digital marketing and acquisition campaigns in collaboration with others and within budget.  You will be a calm, assertive, innovative thinker with exceptional motivation, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.

There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian.  Additional information is available on request.

Benefits: Salary £34,500 per annum * Non-contributory pension scheme for staff of 10% salary on joining * Annual Leave 22 days per year plus 8 Bank Holidays * Additional paid leave for the Christmas and New Year office closure
