Join our successful team providing  information, advice and advocacy to older people, their families and those who care for them.

About Staywell: an independent, award-winning charity providing a range of services for older and disadvantaged people in south-west London and Surrey. Our vision is to make life a greater life.

About the work: Staywell provides a specialist Information, Advice & Advocacy Service to anyone aged 60 years and over living in the Borough of Kingston upon Thames and/or their family or carers.  The service is free, independent and confidential, and accredited by the independently audited Advice Quality Standard.

As an Adviser, you'll be giving advice via telephone, e-mail and face-to-face at our centres, or in the client's own home. Advisers work as part of an integrated team providing a range of practical services to older people living in the community, as well as information, advice and advocacy.

Well developed communication and IT skills will be essential in this demanding, but fulfilling, role.
