Bowel Cancer UK, the UK’s leading bowel cancer research charity, is looking to recruit a Senior Digital Communications Officer responsible for taking the lead on digital marketing and communications including our website, social media and email marketing.

Bowel cancer is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK. However it shouldn’t be because it is treatable and curable especially if diagnosed early.

Digital communications play an essential role in helping us to increase our reach, raise awareness of bowel cancer and the organisation and build our network of influencers and advocates.

The Senior Digital Communications Officer role is new within the marketing and communications team to manage and develop all of our digital channels and take a leading role driving forward our digital communications strategy.

You’ll have solid experience of working in digital communications with excellent writing skills and creative talent and enthusiasm to match our ambitions.  You’ll be ready to step up into a senior role and take the lead on digital communications for an award-winning charity working across the UK. Most importantly you’ll be determined to save lives and improve the quality of life for all those affected by bowel cancer.
