Job Description

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Adviser at the House of Commons.  As a Specialist, the role is primarily to provide high volume case management guidance, in all areas of complex HR matters and adopting a pragmatic approach in offering solutions to managers.

The Person

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, with significant experience of coaching, developing, and advising line managers to enable them to fully undertake their people management role.  It also requires good knowledge of employment law, case law and HR best practice, and the ability to convey this information to a variety of customers.
