Job Description

Mosac would like 2 two people who are interested in supporting our work to join our Trustee Board.  You may have experience in the field of child sexual abuse/welfare or of being a Company Director or Trustee.  Mosac tries to protect and support sexually abused children, mainly through supporting and enabling their non-abusing parents.

Trustees have joint responsibility for ensuring that the charity works towards its aims and stays within its remit.  The Board sets the strategy and monitors the activities and progress of the organisation whilst ensuring sound financial management and legal compliance.

You will be expected to attend a six weekly board meeting, which currently occurs on Wednesdays in South East London 6.30-8pm.  You may also be asked to attend occasional sub-committee meetings, strategy sessions or other ad hoc events.
