1st Place is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Rose Voucher Project & Volunteer Co-ordinator

to lead on the expansion of a scheme that enables low-income families

with young children to access fresh fruit and vegetables.

 Building on the success of the Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg Project over the last year,

we are aiming to extend the scheme to reach a 1,000 families by 2021.

 With a focus on three Ward areas in Southwark, the Rose Voucher Project & Volunteer Co-ordinator

will be responsible for promoting the scheme to new families,

growing a team of volunteers and forging new partnerships.

 We are looking for someone with experience of managing a team of volunteers,

providing support, motivation and encouragement.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills,

work well as part of the 1st Place Family Services  team,  

and have solid experience of outreach within the community.
