WE are Outdoorlads – the UK’s leading outdoor pursuits charity for gay guys. Our volunteers organise over a thousand events a year - day walks, camping, climbing, hostelling, mountain biking, skiing and even global expeditions - that contribute to the physical and mental health of gay, bi and trans guys, forging support networks and lifelong friendships. Activities & Volunteering Support Coordinator – full time, £23-28k (depending on experience), based Manchester.

You love working with volunteers, you’re passionate about the LGBT community and the great outdoors. With your excellent organisational skills and experience of volunteer management, you’d relish the challenge of supporting over 1,000 adventurous activities a year to be delivered in a friendly, fun and professional manner that changes members’ lives. OutdoorLads is an organisation firmly rooted in our values - friendly and welcoming, fun, adventurous and professional - and we are looking for candidates who embody these values in their attitude and approach to work.
