Job Description

We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join us at an exciting time for Volunteering Matters. If you are committed to making a difference and want to be a part of the UK’s leading volunteering & social action charity this could be the opportunity you are looking for. You will be an experienced human resources professional with a particular interest in employee relations and good people practices. Having worked in the not for profit sector, you will take the lead and be the first point of contact for our UK wide line management team to advise, guide and coach for success. Being responsible for the entire spectrum of employee relations activities, you will be particularly experienced in the full consultation cycle in a unionised setting in addition to being up to date on new areas of employee legislation. Driven by values and committed to employee engagement, this role is autonomous and has significant responsibility. You will join an established team with a clear vision of future success. A skilled communicator, you will be adaptable, experienced and articulate.
