Ten:10 is YMCA Exeter’s 11 month internship programme that gives individuals the opportunity to gain practical hands on experience of working in a Christian charity. YMCA Exeter is a dynamic charity meeting the needs of a wide range of vulnerable and marginalised young people and adults across Exeter, East and Mid Devon. Ten:10 gives you the opportunity to join with staff in established projects to gain work experience and take part in theological reflection. Our vision is to empower and develop young adults to be excellently skilled, godly and servant hearted leaders who are passionate about sharing God’s love with a world in need.
